Lockdown No2 - Day 26

Toffee’s turn for some medical attention today (the never ending ear problem!). Late this afternoon, while Toff was in the surgery with the vet, the sky was filled with hundreds and hundreds of noisy rooks/crows who were circling the sky, from tree to tree, looking for somewhere to roost. This is only a fraction of the flock! The sight, and sound, was quite spectacular, and eerie at the same time...

Just to solve the mystery of the broken toe... No, I wasn’t having a temper tantrum, nor was I dancing around the Christmas tree, or practising my football skills. I was trying to flick off my slipper and misjudged the distance between my foot and the settee. Don’t laugh!
