The grand annual Christmas tree presentation

F and his daughter have an annual ritual where she presents him with the same small artificial Christmas tree which she decorates.  After Christmas he presents it back to her until receiving it again the following year.

The socially distanced presentation took place this afternoon when she and her husband came to visit.  Now Christmas can really begin!

It was lovely to see them as it's been a while.  Lockdown finishes tomorrow and they'll be back working in their shops again so visited us before mixing with the public.

I made some Welsh cakes for having with our cups of tea and we did FaceTime with F's brother and sister-in -law. It was a lovely catch up time.
