Slammed

by a winter storm overnight and it hasn't stopped snowing yet.  Heavy and wet.  Extra:  trees and shrubs bent over the phone line and path.  Many will be lost around the yard.  We are fine so the rest is just how it goes.

Chester hid behind the couch all day, afraid of the generator.
Freezer repairman cancelled due to weather.
Many neighbors were without power and landlines most of the day.
Internet and power off and on.
Critter trying to scratch its way out through wall/ceiling.
