Christmas Rose

My hellebore does have a few buds but they are reluctant to open up .... can't say I blame them when it's so cold and wet.

This lovely plant was one of many for sale at the nearest Lidl supermarket. I don't shop there very often but round about Christmas time they have some very good offers.  

Tomorrow I need to visit the local 'tip' to get rid of accumulated cardboard boxes and bags of garden leaves .... really festive activities
