Look more like "a cuddle " to me ,
Seen from the open, upper deck of the BVG Ferry .I'm still thawing out .No wonder a large number of these birds seen behind the marker need each other to keep warm ..Hence a new winter  collective for them  "A Cuddle "   Much needed as the sun looked wonderful but it's heating element had failed .No social distancing  for them .
