Carver Harvey

Tom Harvey is a carver of wood sculptures. this morning he was installing some newly commissioned work in Kensington Gardens. Project Invertebrate is a scheme funded by the Peoples Postcode lottery and Tom has been working on several sculptures in both Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. 

Tom told me that he is based in the west country and particularly loves creating works representing nature and wildlife. Can you believe that all of this is crafted with chain saws - not a chisel in sight?
