my kind of town

I had a meeting at work this afternoon so I decided to go into town early and go for another walk along the river. I didn’t see any otters this time, but it was still a lovely walk. Quite a lot of people were out walking, and the high school pupils were streaming out into the streets. I noticed today, as I had done yesterday, how many people smiled and said hello as they passed by. I’m happy to live in what I think is a very friendly town :-)
