A solar sign

Back in the long hot days of summer I bought a solar garden light. It's the lamp on the bottom right that is supposed to look like a firework. This afternoon I put up a couple of strings of battery-powered Christmas lights out the back of the house to add a bit of festive feeling that can be seen from the bedroom window at the back of the house. I couldn't believe the solar one had a feint glow at 4:30 in the afternoon. Summer and winter together.
