Lancelot

After a long morning and a zoom meeting sorting stuff again, I headed into town to the bank and then needed fresh air so headed up onto Barton to see Lancelot. For some reason I’ve never really wondered about the connections between the stones before, and their interrelatedness. Today, perhaps not unsurprisingly, I saw Lancelot less in sentinel role and more as a graven partner lamenting his fallen companion. Us humans, we do love to make meaning and stories.
