Crossing Lines

Mooched around looking for an arrangement of lines that interested me and I liked having the circles of ice bubbles in the composition. The crinkly surface of the ice adds distortion to the image bringing in another element.

Five shot focus stack because I was shooting at an angle to reach a patch further out from the shore. Strange what PS decides is in focus, so I had to manually adjust the masks. Makes me wonder whether its easier to blend manually.

Had to do a bit of dodging and burning to bring out the reeds.
