In the missymoo February challenge todays topic is FULL. My loose interpretation of this is a teenage boy - the problem being is they are very rarely full. The amount Mr H is capable of consuming is astounding.

So here he is, on the settee watching a never ending diet of sport and comedy shovelling down a very nice stir fried pork'n'peppers cooked by Mrs W.

Not much else happened today - a calm but fruitful day in the office, a colleagues birthday meant a large supply of lemon drizzle cake (delicious) was available throughout the day. Which was very nice.

The usual driving back and forth to badminton training and then a snatched blip (too cold do do my planned car blip.) So life goes on.
