Cards posted

I wrote a lot of my Christmas cards today and posted them in the letterbox near my house. I've still got some to do but have now written the majority. I'm very fond of this little box with it's hat of ivy and in season has self seeded flowers growing out of the wall. 

I went for a walk around the village afterwards but it was very cold, grey and gloomy so I thought that some pillar box red was just what was needed!
