A treat

Lex put together the ingredients for what was supposed to be a pan of enchiladas, kidney friendly ones. But it turned out that the tortillas were too thick and too small for the purpose. So I put it all together in a layered casserole and it was delicious for supper.

I finally have all the quotes I need for the calendar so I'm starting to look through my files of images. When I find a good quote, I start to feel excited about the process. I'm hoping I can keep Dr. Obsessive at bay long enough to get it done. She tends to appear when I'm feeling really low and stressed. It took me 2 hours today to decide on the right image for my annual holiday ecards.
