Stumbling block?

Thought I might have a bit of a problem getting the contractors to remove this almost hidden indentation.
Not a bit of it.  Within 2 minutes of arriving next morning, the fine skim stuff was being applied, and with a careful application of some heating followed by a couple of coats of paint - gone!
Extra = 24 hours previously.
We'll be finished tomorrow, Friday.
