Charging Station

Came home and went to the gym for the first time since getting over the cold. Only problem is, in the evening all the free weights are busy with muscle bound freaks, so a night of cardio it was.
Looks like that is going to have to be the norm for a while until the bloody roadworks have finished on the way to work. Got up 10 minutes earlier this morning to try and avoid some of the traffic. Seems to have worked.

Spent the night waiting for J to get back from work (which turned out to be the pub after she had had a bad day) while playing F1 2012 so only just got this blip in before going to bed.
