Hairdo... is that me in the mirror?

I had the late duty shift and in the afternoon we give the elderly residents a weekly bath. It is not always possible to do it in the morning shift as the level of staffing on the workfloor is low.
She hesitated to take a bath but wanted her hair to be done. We have the luch that one of our nursing  jobstudents is a professional hairdresser. So i tricked mrs O with the fact that her hair has to be washed before going to the hairdresser. She agreed. So after the hairdress session she was verry happy of the result. She looked in the mirror and asked" Who is this , is this really me "? It made somehow her day.
