A Grey Day.....

It has been cloudy for most of the day. The odd little flash of sunshine from time to time.... but no rain..The Wither Hills have lost their spring green mantles and have turned to summer gold. Maisie and I walked very early this morning. The River tracks and paths were pretty well empty of people. I’ve just spent an hour trying to get Marigold, the cat, to come indoors from the garden. She’s playing “Hard to Catch” She thinks it’s a game and she is still out in the garden.
