First attempt

I’ve never made sugar cookies before, this is my first attempt. I was prompted by a snowflake cutter set I bought at IKEA last week.

Pleased with the result. Never decorated cookies either.

We had some friends over for dinner and I left a few cookies for the kids to decorate, they seemed to enjoy it.

The big news for today is ... we have flights booked to Brisbane! We couldn’t believe our luck. We’ve been reading so much about how Aussies are struggling to get home, so were delighted that we found flights.

100 days to go, so the airline informed me!!!
