Christmas Eve

Was supposed to be working until 8pm but was told at 1pm that I could finish for the day which was nice. 
After the change in the guidelines about Christmas last week we had a family discussion and decided that everyone could still arrive on Christmas Eve. My son, daughter in law and I went into town for a walk through the Grassmarket, up Victoria Street and along Princes Street Gardens. I was glad to have the opportunity to see Tim Chalk's nativity scene as I've read on blip that this will be the last year it is displayed outside. 
Played some games after our meal as we won't get the opportunity tomorrow evening!
I have put on an extra of my cross stitch which I finished late last night.
