Blue Christmas

A late start.  But a huge cooked breakfast was worth waiting for.  I don't eat a cooked breakfast every day - although I used to when I lived in Scotland - and it feels like a real treat.  

It was a beautiful day outside and a walk was definitely a good idea.  Here you can see a part of Frauenstein (a village near where I live) and the black blob is actually a hovering kestrel.  But what was really impressive was the blue of the blue sky - absolutely gorgeous.

Lots of people out and about as well.  Not as many as were at the church up the road this morning - not quite sure how they managed to make that a socially distanced thing.
