Such an eventuality

Buying a poinsettia and spraying it regularly provides blip subjectmatter on the dullest and greyest of days. And that was certainly true, this Boxing Day. Storm Bella has swept through, and when I went out to do the walk up to the weir and back in mid afternoon (which I managed in record time), it was pretty hard to walk back along Anderson Place into the teeth of the wind.

The only other improving thing we did was finish the editing of the wedding book for L and L. It will be dispatched direct to them. I decided not to have one made for myself. So it will doubtless be some time before I get to see it in the flesh, as it were. Other than that, I've been reading and brooding on these rubbish times.
