Bubble 'n' Squeak

On Boxing Day it's my job to do the bubble and squeak. Put all the left over veg from yesterday into the food processor thing, add an egg and whizz it all up. Chuck in some of the left over bread sauce and some cream. Then put in a frying pan and keep turning it to get lots of crispy bits. Yum with the cold cuts. 

I wonder if it would win me Masterchef as my signature dish.
