Not letting up

My temperature at 04:00 at the top and then left to right downwards to the reading at 23:00.

Think I have an infection! 100% sure it is urinary/waterworks/kidney related. Will have to do something tomorrow if no improvement.

Not taking any pills but trying to drink & eat well.
