Karen saw the little deer in front of our house this morning, eating vegetation until the neighbors came home. Hopefully at some point I'll get a photograph and we'll see if someone can identify it. 

Some fun person created a gingerbread monolith by San Francisco on Christmas Day. Gumdrops and icing.
