A day in the life

Wednesday fika

Around eleven o'clock the three of us went for a walk in a mild december greyness. Our aim was the largest of the fortress-ruins from about 500 A.D., which is a trip of about 9km.

As Kent, the guy to the right said; "I think the only reason swedes do anything at all is that there will be a fika half way." (Fika [fee:kah] is of course the word for a coffee break with a sandwich, a bun or a cookie.
We had our fika which motivated us to walk back to the car and go home, after a lovely walk.
