Snow clouds

The moon hung brightly in the northern sky at dawn. I could not photograph it as I was driving. News of the imminent roll out of the Oxford Astra Zeneca vaccine was extremely welcome. Given the rapid rise of new cases of Covid we really need it to work as soon as possible.
In the early afternoon we walked around the frozen fields and noted the snow clouds gathering to the north-west and beginning to blot out the bright winter sunshine. As we walked home along the foreshore it began to snow gently. It did not last long but more is forecast tomorrow apparently?
