Flood

The next day after the firebrigade had pumped out the cellar the night before. The water was up to the ceiling and this event was the final straw in making our decision to abandon the oil central heating which anyway so old that it was to become illegal to use next year. We were in the autumn to install a wood pellet central heating on the ground floor. Luckily the flooding didn't enter the house.
