New Year's Eve

Beef Wellington for 6. Oh well, just 2 of us = lots of leftovers. Inspired by Greenstead and her hubby Mr D who has cooked this for us in the past. Its the first time we've tried it, Mr D would be proud of us

With Yorkshires, roast pots and parsnips and sprouts .  Mr P had bought a lot of sprouts, he said they were very cheap. I can see curried sprout soup being on the menu tomorrow.
