…………….Approach


The walkway at the Kumeras follows the fence line of a local farm and sometimes steers are grazing in these paddocks.

They are always incredibly inquisitive in a very serious way! - and make their way to the fence for very close observation of the photographer. Often too close for the camera.

This was taken on an evening walk. I was hopeful of a sunset as an end to a lovely first day of 2021, instead the sun disappeared behind cloud cover and a shower of rain fell!

BACK BLIPS
Today I have uploaded four back blips, moving forward from here, from our visit earlier this year to Lake Ferry, The Pinnacles, Cape Palliser and NZ’s first commercial wind farm.
