Who'll Stop the Rain

I'm not a fan of rain in December.  It was kind of a rainy gloomy day.  Spent some quiet time at the office and while I was there I snapped this shot of the traffic lights through the rain covered window in corner studio, or as we like to call it, "The Lounge."  If it's going to rain all day, might as well use it in my blip, right?!
