Santa never got beyond the first rung apparently. Ah well, I guess he won't be there for much longer. Decorations will be coming down shortly.

I'd like to keep some lights up for the winter. They do that in Iceland, keep lights on all through the dark months.

Seen on afternoon walk with Basil while Len went to tennis. My walking is getting worse. Between the flaky right hip and the flaky corn on the right foot, I don't seem to be doing so well. I sincerely hope I don't have to go into hospital before they get a handle on Covid. I feel for all those people undergoing medical treatment, particularly at present.

I was able to get on and finish the web page that came in yesterday, thank goodness, though it took a bit of time. I think it's a good thing that I stirred people up about the AGM.

Energised by the return of Spiral, the French drama series. I find it really engrossing. Nothing spared about the state of prisons, the plight of North African youngsters and the sheer nastiness of crime in Paris. Just a bit of a shame that the series has lost Philippe Duclos as Judge Roban. I did like him but he had reached retirement age. There's a new lady judge now, who's very smart.
