Another blue sky day which today started with a run ahem, very slow jog followed by a long soak in the bath ;) there’s something a little decadent about a daytime bath :)

Lovely lunch with friends at our local Indian restaurant before heading to the harbor with HRH to walk some of it off. He’s now comfortable on the sofa so I’m hoping to settle down with my book.
