There is a life away from TV and chocolate! (It has just taken me several days to discover it.)

A short drive over to Camelon and a wander along by the River Carron (pictured) was my exercise for the day. It wasn't as slippy underfoot as I had feared, although one path broke that trend (see extra). However, the grass in most part was fairly solid and no mishaps occurred. Might get used to this outdoor lark.
