Wintery Walk

Today was my first walk of the year. It's been the first time that conditions underfoot have felt safe for me. I was really ready for the fresh air and exercise. The forecast seemed to change by the hour, and I did get caught in a short but icy squall. I managed to add a further 4 birds to my year list - Kestrel, Black-headed Gull, Pheasant and Rook.
