Pan rydw i'n gallu, rydw i'n mynd i'r siopau yn gynnar yn y bore - pan maen nhw'n dawel.  Mae'r 'Co-op' yn y pentref ar agor ar saith o gloch y bore a does neb yna ac eithrio'r staff ar yr amser hynny. Rydw i'm meddwl ei fod e'n syniad da i osgoi torfeydd cymaint â phosib.

Rydyn ni wedi bod yn gwylio'r 'The Lord of the Rings' ('Arglwydd y Modrwyau'(?)) yn y nosweithiau - ychydig o arwriaeth mewn cyfnod anodd.

When I can, I go to the shops early in the morning - when they're quiet. The Co-op in the village is open at seven o'clock in the morning and there is no one there except staff at that time. I think it's a good idea to avoid crowds as much as possible.

We've been watching 'The Lord of the Rings' in the evenings - a bit of heroism in difficult times.
