Today I am thankful

- to be able to sleep at night, after listening to a man talk about how he hasn’t been able to sleep more than a few hours for years.
- to be able to walk, and run, after seeing a man walk into the surgery, struggling with every step from Parkinson’s
- to not experience change in routine as traumatic, as many with autism and their families are right now, like the young girl who came into the treatment room

Today I am inspired by:
- a lady with excruciating abdominal pain, probably gallstones, who still treated me with such gentleness an interest
- a lady with a chronic, pus-filled wound covering most of her leg, who said she was thankful still to be able to walk
- my Grandma, she is always kind, generous, strong and faithful.
