The lonely little fir tree

The dogs forced me out today. It was bitterly cold, but nothing like a brisk walk through the woods to wake me up. I came home to find a late Christmas present from me to me on the doorstep - a star tracker. It looks a bit complicated, and I cannot imagine standing outside in this weather, but, I love a gadget!
