They're back!

Between November and February production of cheese at our local goat farm stops while the kids are born, and we miss it. So it's great to see the rather dippy-looking goat on the label on our cheeseboard again, today with a sheep's cheese from the Pyrenees.

Apologies for another cheesy blip after yesterday's labneh, but although it's sunny today I don't think I shall be outdoors much in daylight because I have a lot of work to get done before a Cercle Occitan committee meeting this evening. I did take a few photos of the renovations in our little house this morning, but they're just for the record. It's going well. The electrician did some work while we were away and today the chimney men are starting to build the new flue for the wood burning stove. At last the demolition has stopped and things are being put back and improved!
