Tough Miss Tiddles

Miss Tiddles was a little agitated this morning. Not so much that she needed to vacate her favourite chair, but enough to make her ears constantly swivel back and forth as the building shook.

She looked me straight in the eye and said "are we in any danger?" And I very straight faced said "no way!"

She relaxed just a smidgen as I patted her and scratched around her ears to see if they would stop swivelling, they didn't.

The final phase of the demolition of the building at the back of us was happening this morning. There were loud bangs, big machine noises and things thumping on the ground so hard that our building shook, all things that she really does not like!

While there was a momentary lull in the proceedings and everything went quiet I grabbed the phone and got this great shot of her looking tough but pensive, brave and quite gorgeous!
