Flag and crag

This morning I was a participant in safeguarder Training for volunteers in the Church of Scotland. All by zoom and I had my first experience of zoom breakout rooms which worked well. Good to get a refresh, updates and the perspective of what we as volunteers in the Church should do. A good session.

Afterwards I needed fresh air so took a long walk round and over Blackford Hill. The temperature had risen from the -5oC (at some point -8oC I believe) overnight. Our boiler vent had huge icicles hanging off the cage. Even by afternoon the icicles on the vegetation by the Braidburn were still there - see extra.

My route took me round the back of the local golf course which gave me this view of Salisbury Crags. And a white green.
