Exercise Locally

The burning question is "what is local?" Exercise locally. This is our nearest area for exercising. It is about 3 miles away. Driving there takes about 5 miles.

Luckily there is no coffee stop on the way.

After Sainsbury’s had delivered the weekly shop we decided to go for a walk. The weather was very sunny and the wind is calm.

The forecast is for snow over the next two days.

We exercised locally.

Brexit remains the big puzzle. Every day another right is removed from us. More paperwork is required. However there are no advantages.

It is a puzzle.

Thank goodness for sun and fresh air.
