Sad News & Good News

Today we received news that Alicia T had died. Alicia was a great friend and we met every time we were near her gallery. We could not drive past the entrance.

Alicia was not a victim of the virus, but died of heart failure. A wide circle of our friends had known Alicia. Pat spent much of the afternoon speaking to them and passing on the sad news.

Alicia is to be a given a "green burial" in the garden she had created around their house and gallery. The garden is the subject of today’s Blipfoto.

She will be very much missed by all of who knew her.

And the good news? We received a message from Fred who announced his recovery from Covid-19. He has lost 9 lbs in weight and looking in the mirror he discovered he had grown a beard.
