Sharp

Although it was a beautiful day, I was kept very busy with work, so couldn't go out to enjoy it. However, after the second of my two workshops, I stretched my legs for the first time since Saturday, by nipping up to Uttershill Castle to catch whatever quality of light might be produced as the sun went down. 

I had to decide what would be in sharp focus, and I preferred the sharp spines of the gorse rather than the tree or sunset. I also liked the way the snow added to the texture of the gorse...
