Cornflower

My veggie patch has survived us being away. Our house sitter has done a good job of watering it. The cornflowers are almost over now; I have no idea if they'll come back next year, but I guess we'll find out.

I took Abe to the Wetlands this morning for a quick run. He had a good time before the heat set in.

I went to the laundromat to wash Abe's blankets (they have a specific pet blanket machine there). 

Then I read a book. Very relaxing and what being on holidays is all about!
