Jack's About

Out round the streets of sunny Trinity with the daughter and the wee biscuit. To the OCP for take away coffees (soon to be closed?) then Starbank Park, on to Victoria Park and finally for a seat on a bench at Wardie Church. Phew: 3,407 calories burned according to the daughter’s clever app.
The son meanwhile still hasn’t got his test results, which does chime with what you hear about the efficacy of our track and trace system. World beating, maybe not so much. Still, there’s a lovely little map of Europe going the rounds on social media showing Britain all in green and depicting the rest of Europe in various shades of red. This is a map of the vaccine roll out, y’see. The bastards are getting their own back by calling B117 the British variant! Bet it came from France originally. From a snail or bat or something, in someone's tucker.
Later a film: Run, Lola, Run - a Trainspotting era German film which was pretty entertaining. Run, eh? I wonder if I should try that?
