Aspen Sunshine

The white trunks of the aspen were an obvious draw in the the bright sunshine - at last blue sky and no cloud! I had a bit of difficulty coping with the intense reflection off the snow and had to allow time for my eyes to adjust when looking through the viewfinder. My concern was not to blow out the white of the trunks.

The other challenge was excluding, as much as possible, the snow covered limb protruding into the left side of my frame. I wanted to keep the full height of the trees and allow space below the duck box. My other constraint was the trees surrounding my shooting position.
