Boiler problems first thing, but then it decided to work.

British Gas rang to cancel the annual service tomorrow. They are having a lot of call outs to breakdowns with vulnerable customers. So the appointment has been put back to 4 weeks time.

We are OK with that, as things are kind of working if not wholly reliable. But I asked for a phone number to ring if things go awry again. Trying to get help when things do go wrong has been frustrating these last months, I hate these automated services which seem designed to turn people away.
