Sunshine-sort of company :-)

My new friend Isidora :-) she’s been one of the highlights of an already wonderful placement! Some people just radiate warmth and love - she is one of them!
I’ve been really spoiled at this surgery...workplaces can be so influenced by the culture of the people regularly around you. Some places subtly promote blaming others, badmouthing behind backs, complaining...everyone in this place has been so eager to make us feel welcome, help and serve, not just to do the bare minimum but to go the extra mile. I think things like that make a huge difference in patient care.
