Colour

It's amazing how colours that would go unnoticed in the summer really stand out at this time of year. As I walked along the harbour these kayaks caught my eye from quite a distance. Kayaking is popular along the coast here and there are plans for a watersports centre to be built nearby.

My extra photo is of  lobster pots pulled up on the working quay. We have 3 large commercial fishing boats here plus a few potting boats, and a whelk boat too. I like the regular pattern and texture of the pots.
