Slow Mo

We have had two fun snow sessions with Euan on the big hill today.  We set off to do our usual circuit in the Estate but a large branch came down close by as we entered the park gates and, as son-in-law Pete had reported several branches falling (and a whole tree down) last evening as he cycled back through there from work, we decided not to risk continuing.  Euan howled when he realised we weren't heading to the pond!  So Plan B was to visit the smashing snow family built in the big field by our creative neighbours and their children.  It took Granny doing a snow angel to stop Euan crying and then once he sat down in it the ducks and swans were forgotten.

Our neighbours brought out sledges for us to use but before that Euan did a series of throwing himself backwards in the snow.  He is halfway through one of these in my blip, very cute!  We had to do some encouraging to make him realise it was worth  leaving off doing that and trudging to the top of the field to sledge down, but once he'd had one go we could only bring him away under protest!
